Camera view is blank

Check camera permission is enabled for Mirror Mirror:

iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera
or iOS Settings → Apps → Mirror Mirror → Camera

Restart the app after enabling permission.

Can't save snapshots

Check photo library permission:

iOS Settings → Apps → Mirror Mirror → Photos

Make sure your device has available storage space.

Controls disappear

Controls auto-hide after a short period of inactivity.

Tap the mirror view or the controls button to show them again.

Freeze mode looks wrong

Return to Live, rotate to your preferred orientation, then Freeze again.

If this continues, contact support and include:

• Device model
• iOS version
• Orientation where it happens
